Kitara face off with BUL on Sunday November 26, in a titanic clash at the FUFA Technical Center in Njeru.
This encounter takes on added importance with the two teams separated by just two points at the top of the table.
Both sides come into this meeting with contrasting results from their previous outings.
The Royals registered a two all stalemate with URA while Abby Kikomeko’s side saw their unbeaten run halted 2-1 by UPDF away in Bombo.
Coming into this tie, Kitara will be targeting to end November well having picked just one point from the potential six from their last two fixtures.
Coach Brian Ssenyondo hopes his side can put up the same determined performance like they did against the tax collectors if they are to get the best out this fixture.
In an interview with the club media he said, “We are happy with our players’ progress in training,their ambition is very strong and we want to see them transform this energy on the pitch tomorrow. We are facing a good side but we are hungrier than them and also want to push and fight for everything in this game.”
Should Ssenyondo’s side go on to win the game, they will displace BUL on the table while any result less than victory will lower their morale.

This will be the third league meeting between these two sides. There has been no win for the Royals thus far, they lost 3-2 in their last visit to BUL before drawing their reverse fixture in Masindi two years ago.
Kitara has scored the highest number of goals in the league 13, and now level with Vipers. The latter has scored 3 goals more than BUL.
BUL has conceded 4 goals, the second best meanest defence in the league after Express FC while we have let in 7 goals in 7 matches.
The Jinja based outfit are yet to concede a goal and loose at their yard. On the other hand Kitara have scored in every away fixture of theirs (9 goals) and are unbeaten on the road.
